No Boring Kitchens!
July’s Kitchen & Bath Design News features our favorite mother-daughter team, designers Susan and Alexandra Knight of Korts & Knight!
With design showrooms in San Francisco and Manhattan (pictured above), Susan and Alexi’s recent DRAPER♦DBS projects have taken custom to a whole new level!
In 2014 alone, we’ve crafted doggie day spa cabinetry with carved Norwich Terriers, created a custom paint with gold leaf in the glaze, and, up next – a custom door incorporating cowhide!
But who KBDN forgot to mention is design pioneer (and husband/father), Richard Knight! Richard’s design explorations (like this Coco Chanel-inspired island design, below) also lead Korts & Knight in pursuit of its design credo “No boring kitchens!” No wonder we love collaborating with this family of designers!
